Trump Tower Dubai unveils world's highest outdoor pool
First and only Trump International Hotel & Tower in the Middle East to complete before 2031
DUBAI: Trump International Hotel & Tower has officially arrived in Dubai – and it’s making waves in more ways than one.
Unveiled by DarGlobal and The Trump Organization, this towering development will soon house the world’s highest outdoor swimming pool, elevating the city’s already sky-scraping luxury real estate scene.
The 80-storey skyscraper will stand 350 metres tall and is located at the entrance of Downtown Dubai, offering exclusive panoramic views of the Burj Khalifa and the Arabian Gulf.
This marks the first and only Trump International Hotel & Tower in the Middle East and is the fifth collaboration between the two property powerhouses. Following successful ventures in Saudi Arabia and Oman, the Dubai development is positioned to become a focal point of both real estate investment and tourism in the UAE.
The announcement comes at a time when the UAE’s luxury real estate market is booming, and right ahead of former US President Donald Trump’s highly anticipated visit to the Gulf later this month, which includes stops in Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
Trump Tower Dubai
Located on Sheikh Zayed Road, the tower places residents within walking distance of Dubai Mall, Dubai Opera, and DIFC. Trump Tower Dubai’s prime Downtown location is driving its rapid sales pace, with two-bedroom apartments starting from Dh4 million and exclusive four-bedroom penthouses priced over Dh70 million.

With a mix of hotel and residential offerings, the project stands out in a market where per square foot prices in Downtown developments can range from Dh2,000 to beyond Dh8,000, especially for signature properties like this.
The residential units will occupy the 18th to 80th floors, with a five-star hotel taking up 18 levels. Luxury and hospitality will go hand in hand, blending curated services, private lounges, bespoke dining, wellness offerings, and more.
Exclusive features
Among the most remarkable features of Trump Tower Dubai is the record-breaking outdoor swimming pool, poised to become the highest of its kind in the world. The tower’s private, residents-only pool will be matched by a sky pool crowning the duplex penthouses – a nod to the legendary Trump Tower Penthouse in New York.

Inspired by its Fifth Avenue counterpart, the two ultra-luxury penthouses will feature floor-to-ceiling windows and interiors designed for the elite. Every detail – from finishes to materials – has been chosen to reflect a lifestyle of exclusivity and high design.
Adding another layer of prestige is The Trump, a members-only club housed within the tower, which promises a carefully curated experience for a select few. Members will have access to private lounges, wellness amenities, and personalised services, creating a sense of community among the global elite.
Global expansion
DarGlobal, the London-listed luxury real estate developer behind the project, sees the collaboration as a strategic investment in Dubai’s future. “Dubai’s vibrant economy and strategic location make it a prime destination for global investment,” said Ziad El Chaar, CEO of DarGlobal. “This project offers a unique opportunity for investors to be part of Dubai’s ongoing success story.”
The launch also comes at a time of heightened interest in Trump-branded properties in the region. Following the brisk sales of Trump Tower Jeddah and the Trump International Golf Club and Hotel in Oman’s AIDA community, market watchers are now speculating on a potential Trump Tower in Abu Dhabi. Sources suggest discussions are under way, with a possible announcement expected during former US President Donald Trump’s upcoming visit to the Gulf.
Prices and completion
Prices at the Dubai tower align with the Trump brand’s premium status. Comparable projects such as the Trump Estates in Damac Hills now list six-bedroom villas for Dh16.9 million, while earlier launch prices hovered around Dh3 million in 2013. With such growth, the new Downtown development is anticipated to follow a similar upward trajectory.

While the project will not be completed before 2031, off-plan sales have already seen strong uptake. A 20% down payment is required to secure a unit, and the developer has confirmed that buyers can opt for Bitcoin as a mode of payment.
Additionally, some listings offer 10-year ‘golden visas’, further enhancing its appeal to international investors.
